The short version: you type in the numbers for your facility, we work out your value range, and you pay to unlock the rest. We use your information to do that and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we are
Sell Storage Smart is run by SHORE AI LLC, based in Malibu, California ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@shore-ai.com.
What you give us, and what happens to it
- Your numbers. The facility name (if you give one), units, occupancy, rents, income, costs, cap rates, and the optional loan balance, tax basis, selling costs, tax rate and offer. They are sent to our server, which works out your value range. We do not log them. Once you pay, the figures are also sent to an AI service so it can write short notes next to your numbers.
- Your result. Until you pay, your result is held on our server for up to 24 hours and then deleted. Once you pay and unlock it, we hold a copy for 30 days behind a private link. The link is only for your convenience, so you can open and copy your plan again. We do not keep your plan: it is permanently deleted 30 days after you unlock it, and the link stops working. If Stripe gave us your email address at checkout, we email you the link.
- Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a simple order record (your checkout email address, an order number and how many changes you have used) for up to 30 days, then delete it.
- In your own browser. Your browser remembers your numbers and your order number so you can come back to your plan. That stays on your device. You can clear it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details. We use your IP address to limit abuse, such as too many requests in an hour.
Who else handles it
- An AI service provider writes the notes in your paid plan from your numbers. We send only what is needed for that.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Our email provider sends your link, if Stripe gave us your email address.
- Formspree delivers the messages you send through the contact page.
- Our hosting provider runs the site.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on the page, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not send your facility, your numbers or your contact details to any buyer, broker or REIT.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Plausible to count visits and see which pages are used. They receive the page address without any query string, your browser and device type, and an approximate location. Plausible uses no cookies; Google Analytics may set cookies. Advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. Your numbers, your plan and your order details are never sent to either tool.
What not to type
Sell Storage Smart never needs a Social Security number, a tax ID, a bank account number or a card number. Please do not type them into any box on this site.
Your choices
Because we keep so little, there is not much to ask for. You can email us to ask what we hold about an order, or to have it deleted, and we will respond promptly. If you live in California or another state with privacy rights, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.
Security
We use encrypted connections and keep access to the site and its data limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we hold to a minimum.
Children
Sell Storage Smart is for adults who own or manage property. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use what you give us, we will say so on the site.
